I am so pleased you are here! I am a Midwesterner that has lived everywhere and traveled extensively with my career, mother of six children, and a newlywed…well, maybe that “newlywed” label is expiring soon…lol! We are a blended family as I remarried a couple of years ago to a wonderful man.
I will be here to share with you not only tips, products, and how-to’s from Be Well Solutions, but so much more from my day to day life. Everything from being a veteran wrestling mom, an organic goat rancher, an organic gardener from the age of 18, to my love of clean and healthy cooking-with the occasional indulgent recipes ;-). Let’s not forget my love of restoring old furniture and crafts, DIY projects, and so much more!!!
I have been blessed with a wonderful career, family, and life. I created Be Well Solutions due to health issues that surfaced in my 30’s. In our household, we are focused on healthy eating, finding clean and natural ways to live in our home and world, both out of necessity for my health and social responsibility.
